Sandgrens Clogs sandals, high heel clogs and wooden clog boots ship within 1-5 business days. This also includes our sheepskin clog boots. Shipping time varies based on available clog and clog boot inventory in the United States and Sweden. If your purchase is available in our US inventory it will generally ship within 1-2 business days. If your clog boots or clogs purchase is in our Swedish inventory it will generally ship within 3-5 business days.
RECEIVING YOUR CLOG AND COST
Our standard couriers are FedEx or USPS depending on customers’ geographic location. Additional tracking information will be provided to you via email once your clogs or boots order has shipped. Please keep in mind that your clogs purchase tracking information may not be generated for several days but it will be forwarded as soon as possible.
The shipping cost is free per pair for delivery destinations within the United States and Sweden for all wood clogs, sheepskin clog boots and legacy clog boots regardless of style or size. Processing time is generally no more than 1-5 business days, however; shipping dates may vary based on inventory availability, weekends and holidays. Delivery destinations outside of the USA and Sweden are charged $24.99 per pair.

LIABILITY OF UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
If the customer is unavailable to receive the courier’s attempt(s) of delivery, Sandgrens Clogs does not carry any liability as long as the online clogs order is shipped within the timeframe stated in our shipping policy.
If you are unable to take delivery of your wooden clogs/boots order and the courier decides to return the package to Sandgrens Clogs, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Sandgrens will contact the courier and make every attempt to re-route your package for a final delivery attempt. If unsuccessful, customers are liable for any additional shipping costs associated with returning the package to the customer.
In addition, Sandgrens Clogs does not carry any responsibility for incorrect delivery information provided by the customer on our clogs cart checkout. Customers will have 24 hours upon receiving their clogs order confirmation email to notify Sandgrens of incorrect delivery information. For all domestic and international shipping, Sandgrens Clogs will not carry any liability for products lost by USPS, UPS, FedEx, a third party carrier or any other carriers. To protect our customer’s order from unauthorized deliveries, we require recipients to sign for their package upon delivery.
