Shipping Policies

Most clogs or clog boots ship within 1-2 business days. However, additional processing time may be necessary, depending upon what is available in inventory.


Receiving Your Clogs and Cost

Our standard couriers are FedEx or USPS depending on customers’ geographic location. Additional tracking information will be provided to you via email once your order has shipped.

$9.99 per pair is charged for delivery destinations within the USA. Processing time is generally no more than 1-2 business days, however; shipping dates may vary based on inventory availability. Delivery destinations outside of the USA are charged $24.99 per pair.

Liability of Undeliverable Orders

If the customer is unavailable to receive the courier’s attempt of delivery, Sandgrens does not carry any liability, as long as the order is shipped within the timeframe stated in our shipping policy.

If you are unable to take delivery of your order and the courier decides to return the package to Sandgrens, please email info@sandgrensclogs.com immediately. Sandgrens will contact the courier and try to re-route the package for one final delivery attempt. If unsuccessful, customers are liable for any additional shipping cost associated to return the package to the customer.

In addition, Sandgrens does not carry any responsibility for incorrect delivery information. Customers will have 24 hours upon receiving the order confirmation email to notify Sandgrens of incorrect delivery information. Customers may contact Sandgrens by emailing info@sandgrensclogs.com to correct any errors.


Shipping Liability

For all domestic and international shipping, Sandgrens will not carry any liability for products lost by USPS, UPS, FedEx, third party carrier or any other carriers.
