HOW DO I FIND MY PERFECT SIZE?
Since Costa are made of natural materials such as cork and leather they will adjust to your feet after a couple of wears. Adjusting the straps after your first wear will bring you a more personalized fit.
If you prefer to begin your cork sandal journey with a more loose fit we recommend sizing up.
To be sure you find the right size, simply measure the length of your feet and compare your longest measurement to the style's specific size guide.
1.Place a piece of blank paper up against a wall and tape it to the floor. Place your heel against the wall on top of the paper and mark the longest part of your foot on the paper.
2. Repeat the process with your other foot as the measurements might differ between your left and right foot.
3.Compare your longest measurement to the style's specific size guide.

WHAT IF THEY DON'T FIT?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, we accept free exchange shipping for all delivery addresses within the United States, in the event the size, style, or color does not meet your needs. Exchanges are accepted as long as they are in unworn and re-sellable condition. Sandgrens accepts exchanges up to 30 days after your order was delivered. Once received we will send an email update and process the exchange within 5 business days. Once the exchange is processed, Sandgrens will ship the new pair of clogs to you at no additional cost.

Your cork sandals will ship from our U.S.-based warehouse. Orders will ship within 5 business days and tracking details will be provided via email once your order is shipped. For international destinations outside of US, duties may apply. Sandgrens is not liable for any additional cost incurred for duty charges.
