How should Gard-More be applied?
First and foremost, make sure your clogs are clean from any visible dirt or dust. For nubuck leather clogs, we recommend you use a horsehair shoe brush to properly remove any dirt or dust before applying any protectant. For vegetable tanned leathers*, use a clean lint free cloth to clean the leather.
Apply two to three light coats to any new or untreated item. Gard-More needs to be reapplied periodically thereafter depending on the use of your clogs. For clogs that are periodically worn, apply every few months. For clogs that are frequently used, apply it every two weeks. It is important that your clogs are completely dry before applying several light coats.
Does Gard-more contain silicone?
No, we believe that silicone impairs leathers’ natural ability to breathe and you can feel safe about using our products on your leather.
What can I treat with Gard-More?
Gard-more can be used on any smooth leather, suede, and nubuck. We do not recommend it for leathers that have been weather pretreated by any item other than Bickmore products, do not use Gard-More.
What shouldn’t I treat with Gard-More?
We do not recommend using Gard-More on our Nude vegetable tanned leather as it may result in discoloration of the leather.
How often should Gard-More be applied?
It depends on the use and conditions your clogs are subject to. At a minimum, apply every 2-3 months. For frequently used clogs, apply every two weeks.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, we accept exchanges in the event that the size, style or color does not meet our customers’ needs. Exchanges are accepted as long as they are in an unworn, re-sellable condition. Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the order confirmation date. Once received we will send you an email update. Please allow 5-10 business days to process the exchange. Once the exchange is processed, Sandgrens will ship the new pair of clogs to the customer at no additional cost. However, all shipping fees will apply for each exchange thereafter.
Once the order is confirmed, your clogs will ship from either Sweden or our U.S.-based warehouse. Make sure to check your spam filter for your order confirmation emails. Orders will ship within one to five business days. We’ll provide you with tracking details via email once your order is shipped. Special shipping rate apply. Please see FAQ for more details. We ship world wide. Duties may apply to your specific country, which, customers are responsible for. Signature required for package deliveries.
The privacy of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. We accept PayPal, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), Amazon Pay or AfterPay. Final transactions will be in USD. We never store any customer information used on our Web Site or mailing list, nor will any of this information be shared with third parties.
Order Changes or Cancelation
Please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of order confirmation to request changes. We will make every effort to accommodate change requests although sometimes, it may not be possible. If it has been more than 24 hours, we can't guarantee any changes but we will try to accommodate the request.
If you decide to cancel your clog order, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours after your order was placed. A full refund for all Swedish clogs and clog boots will only be granted if the clogs product(s) have not been shipped.
