What does a leather conditioner do?
Leather is a natural material and needs to be continually conditioned. It dries out with time and exposure to the elements. By treating leather with leather conditioner, you restore the natural oils and lubricate the leather fibers, preventing scuffing, cracking, and staining. The leather conditioner also provides a mild weather barrier.
We recommend new vegetable tanned leathers to be pretreated with a leather conditioner and periodically thereafter depending on use. There is no set rule on how often to use conditioner because there are so many variations in leathers, use, and the type of weather and stress the leather experiences. The best indicator is the look and feel of the leather. If it feels dry or looks dirty, it needs to be cleaned and conditioned. It’s generally recommended to apply leather conditioner once a week if the item is used every day.
How do I apply Bick 4 Leather Conditioner?
Use a clean, lint free cloth. Pour a quarter size amount on the cloth and massage it into the leather. Make sure to treat the entire surface, let dry, and buff with a shine cloth if needed. We recommend applying Gard-More to add extra protection after the item is dry and buffed.
No Bick 4 will not darken your leather, but we do only recommend it for smooth, polished leather. Do not use Bick 4 on distressed, suede, rough out, or nubuck.
Bick 4 Leather Conditioner is protected by trade secret laws. As a reseller we unfortunately cannot provide an exact list of ingredients. We can however tell you that Bick 4 is a Bickmore proprietary blend of natural emulsifiers, conditioners, and moisturizers. Please contact Bickmore directly for any further questions you may have concerning the ingredients.

Exchanges are accepted as long as they are in an unworn, re-sellable condition. Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the order confirmation date. Once received we will send you an email update. Please allow 5-10 business days to process the exchange. Once the exchange is processed, Sandgrens will ship the new pair of clogs to the customer at no additional cost. However, all shipping fees will apply for each exchange thereafter.
Once the order is confirmed, your clogs will ship from either Sweden or our U.S.-based warehouse. Make sure to check your spam filter for your order confirmation emails. Orders will ship within one to five business days. We’ll provide you with tracking details via email once your order is shipped. Special shipping rate apply. Please see FAQ for more details. The privacy of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. We accept PayPal, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), Amazon Pay or AfterPay. Final transactions will be in USD. We never store any customer information used on our Web Site or mailing list, nor will any of this information be shared with third parties.
Order Changes or Cancelation
Please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of order confirmation to request changes. We will make every effort to accommodate change requests although sometimes, it may not be possible. If it has been more than 24 hours, we can't guarantee any changes but we will try to accommodate the request.

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours after your order was placed. A full refund for all Swedish clogs and clog boots will only be granted if the clogs product(s) have not been shipped.
