Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days after the order confirmation was provided, as long as the clogs are in an unworn condition. To keep your clogs in an unworn condition, please make sure that they are worn indoors until you have decided that they will not be returned. Clog boots or clogs being returned to Sandgrens, found to have manufacturer defects, will be fully refunded.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping on any exchanges or returns.
Original shipping charges at the time of ordering are nonrefundable unless a clog manufacturing defect applies. Sandgrens will determine if a manufacturer defects are found on returned orders. You may ship the clogs back to Sandgrens via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Clogs must be packed per the instructions found on the Exchange and Return Form.
The items should be returned in their original packaging. A $15.00 fee will be withheld from a refund if the Sandgrens shoe bag is not returned with the clogs.
Please avoid damaging the original packaging by returning the clogs and shoebox double-boxed. Sandgrens reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if clogs are improperly packaged upon return. Clogs that are denied will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
