Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days after the order confirmation was provided, as long as the clogs are in an unworn condition. To keep your clogs in an unworn condition, please make sure that they are worn indoors until you have decided that they will not be returned. Clog boots or clogs being returned to Sandgrens, found to have manufacturer defects, will be fully refunded.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping on any exchanges or returns.
Original shipping charges at the time of ordering are nonrefundable unless a clog manufacturing defect applies. Sandgrens will make the finial decision if a manufacturer defect applies on returned orders. You may ship the clogs back to Sandgrens via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
A few helpful tips:
The items should be returned in their original packaging. Please avoid damaging the original packaging by returning the clogs and shoebox double-boxed. Sandgrens reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if clogs are improperly packaged upon return. Clogs that are denied will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Chargeback fees may be incurred if the clogs are deemed unsellable due to improper return or exchange packaging or require repacking.
The return address will be provided in the email notifications sent with the approval of your return request.
Note: Clogs discounted from 50-70% do not qualify for a return or exchange.
