Ordering a pair of Sandgrens clogs or clog boots is made simple by visiting our website, or by calling our Customer Service department. The official Sandgrens online clogs shop is the easiest and best way to purchase your authentic wooden clogs and wooden clog boots online.

• As soon as you have completed your order, you should receive a clogs order confirmation via email.

• If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If your order confirmation email isn’t received or isn’t found in your spam folder please contact us to ensure your order was completed properly. Sandgrens Clogs live chat, email or telephone are all acceptable methods.

• Your clogs order confirmation will contain all applicable information for your order including a picture of the clogs or clog boots you purchased.

• When you place an order on our website you will pay in USD. For customers outside of the USA; local currency will be converted to USD once payment is processed. Exchange rates and/or bank fees may apply. Please contact your bank or credit card provider for more details.


Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with an order status update via email that includes your tracking number and the courier service (standard couriers are FedEx or USPS) your clogs were shipped with. Please keep in mind that this status update may take several days depending on inventory availability, weekends and holidays.

You can also check the status of your clogs order online by following the link offered in the shipment confirmation email, or you can visit the courier’s website and input your tracking number.


If, for some reason you decide to cancel your clog order, please contact info@sandgrensclogs.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours after your order was placed. A full refund for all Swedish clogs and clog boots will only be granted if the clogs product(s) have not been shipped.

If you cancel your order after 12 hours AND your purchase has not shipped, a refund can be granted but an administration fee of $20 will apply.

If your online clogs order has shipped, Sandgrens Clogs regular return policies apply.


Our goal is always to provide you with clogs that are in the best condition. When our products are on sale, the quality can vary from pair to pair.

Note: Swedish clogs, sheepskin clog boots, high heel clog sandals and all other wooden clogs products sold as part of the Black Friday Sale, Midsummer sale or any similar sales event, do not qualify for returns.
