Our Brett fashion clog in Plum was born from a point of view as unexpected as its distinctive, open-side detail.

Clogs are made out of natural materials and therefore, are designed to fit differently than traditional shoes.

• Our clogs are handmade so you may find variations in the grain of the wood or leather.  These variations are normal and a testament to our Swedish handmade design.
• Clogs are supposed to “slip” when you walk, even if your clogs have a closed back.
• We recommend wearing your clogs inside your home a few times to let your feet and clogs adjust to each other.
• Nubuck leather will stretch slightly and form to customers’ feet during normal wear.
• Vegetable tan leather will initially feel stiff but will soften with continued wear.

The privacy of our customers is of the utmost importance to us.

• We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
• Final transactions will be in USD.
• We never store any customer information used on our Web Site or mailing list, nor will any of this information be shared with third parties.

Once the order is confirmed, your clogs will ship from either Sweden or our U.S.-based warehouse. Make sure to check your spam filter for your order confirmation emails.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, we accept exchanges in the event that the size, style or color does not meet our customers’ needs.

• Exchanges are accepted as long as they are in an unworn, re-sellable condition.
• Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the order confirmation date.
• Once received we will send you an email update. Please allow 5-10 business days to process the exchange.
• Once the exchange is processed, Sandgrens will ship the new pair of clogs to the customer at no additional cost. However, all shipping fees will apply for each exchange thereafter.

To maintain the quality and appearance of your clogs, we have provided some tips on basic care:

• We only use 100% genuine leather on all of our clogs.
• To care for clogs made with soft nubuck leather, use a genuine horsehair shoeshine brush.
• To care for clogs made with vegetable tan leather, use a slightly damp cloth.
• To care for wooden bases, we recommend you use a damp cloth to remove stains and dust. Heavier stains can be removed with warm, soapy water.
• Wood is a natural material that is subject to cracking or chipping when struck by hard objects. Care must be taken when walking in urban environments or up and down stairs. If you hit the toe or heel of your clogs or boots into a street curb or staircase they may chip.
