Exchanges & Returns

WARRANTY 

At Sandgrens Clogs we guarantee that all of our products are free from clog manufacturing defects. If your clogs or clog boots are found to have any manufacturers defects, we will gladly replace your clogs/boots at no cost to you.

Important information: Our leather and wooden clog bases are natural materials with unique grain patterns. Chips and/or cracks can occur on wood clog bases from striking hard surfaces. These surfaces include, but are not limited to, concrete, curbs and/or stairs. Wood chips or cracks occurring in such ways are not covered by our warranty guarantee.

EXCHANGES 

If your clogs do not fit properly, we are happy to exchange them for the appropriate size, as long as they are in an unworn condition. Too keep your clogs in an unworn condition, please make sure that the clogs are worn indoors until you have decided that they will be kept. The customer is responsible for any return or exchange shipping cost. Sandgrens will ship the first replacement clogs and/or clog boots, at no additional cost to the customer, up to 30 days from order confirmation email. For additional exchanges beyond the first exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

You may ship your clogs back to Sandgrens via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Your Sandgrens clogs and/or clog boots must be packed per the instructions found on the Exchange and Return Form.

The items should be returned in their original packaging.

Please avoid damaging the original packaging by returning the clogs and shoebox double-boxed. Sandgrens reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if clogs are improperly packaged upon return. Clogs that are denied will be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.

Note: Swedish clogs, sheepskin clog boots, high heel clog sandals and all other wooden clogs products sold as part of the Black Friday Sale, Midsummer sale or any similar sales event, do not qualify for exchanges.

RETURNS 

Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days after the order confirmation was provided, as long as the clogs are in an unworn condition. To keep your clogs in an unworn condition, please make sure that they are worn indoors until you have decided that they will not be returned. Clog boots or clogs being returned to Sandgrens, found to have manufacturer defects, will be fully refunded.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping on any exchanges or returns.

Original shipping charges at the time of ordering are nonrefundable, unless a clog manufacturing defect applies. Sandgrens will determine if a manufacturer defects are found on returned orders. You may ship the clogs back to Sandgrens via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Clogs must be packed per the instructions found on the Exchange and Return Form.
