HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE CLOGS OR WOODEN CLOG BOOTS TO PURCHASE??
Sizing can, and most likely will, vary between different styles, i.e. a pair of high heel clogs vs. low heel clogs, or a clog boot vs. clog sandals. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the size guide (picture below) before you make your purchase in order to select the correct size. This size guide is available on each product page in our catalogs.
Please note: Our sizing may not compare to other clog brands on the market.

Once you are established in the correct sizing guide, please follow the sizing guide steps to determine a perfect fit.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP??
Once your order has been confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Shipping time varies based on available clog and clog boot inventory in the United States and Sweden. If your purchase is available in our US inventory it will generally ship within 1-2 business days. If your clog boots or clogs purchase is in our Swedish inventory it will generally ship within 3-5 business days.

WHICH LEATHERS DO YOU USE FOR YOUR CLOGS AND HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF THEM??
At Sandgrens Clogs we carefully select all of our wooden clog materials by hand, and we use only the finest leathers to craft our authentic Swedish clogs and clog boots. We have divided our leathers into three categories to make it easy for our customers to understand the differences.
Different types of leather have a distinct look and feel, which gives each of them a unique texture and color:
Vegetable Tan Leather wood clogs products
Vegetable tan leather is made in a natural process, which uses tree bark, vegetables and fruits during tanning and does not contain any chrome. Vegetable tan leather has a distinctive texture and a delicate high-fashion look and feel. At first, the leather feels stiff but continues to soften with regular wear. Vegetable tan leather in the Nude color will darken after exposure to sunlight for a few hours. As it becomes darker it becomes more resilient but still remains sensitive. Do not use any cleaning or leather care products on your Nude clogs or nude clog boots vegetable tan leather. It could stain and damage the leather. Colored (other than Nude) vegetable tan leathers clogs can be polished with traditional shoe polish or cleaned with any common shoe cleaner. Use a damp rug to clean the Nude colored leather.

Nubuck leather is an oiled snuffed suede but its texture is much more smooth and it has a slight knap. The oiling process is what gives the nubuck its characteristic look and feel. Similar to suede, nubuck leather has a distinct texture. It is soft, supple and velvety to the touch. A variety of leather care products can be used to treat and preserve nubuck leather. Our nubuck leather clogs and clogs boots have already been oiled so you should not need to add additional oil in the near future, but use of water repellants and other treatments will help to preserve the material. To care for your nubuck clogs and nubuck clog boots, brush them with a stiff clean brush.

Shearling is a type of sheepskin with a smooth suede surface (with a slight knap) on one side and a soft pelt on the other. The inside pelt will keep your feet warm in cold weather conditions, while the suede conveys a fashionable look. Shearling runs a bit thinner than regular leather so this is why we cannot use it for the entire vamp area of our wooden clog boots with shearling. You can treat shearling the same way as you treat the nubuck leather.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY SWEDISH CLOGS OR WOOD CLOG BOOTS FOR A SIMILAR ITEM OR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR??
If your pair of Sandgrens clogs or clog boots don’t fit or you have changed your mind on the color, we are happy to exchange them for the appropriate size or desired color.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping on any exchanges or returns. Sandgrens will cover the shipping cost back to the customer for the first replacement up to 30 days after order confirmation.
You must place your Sandgrens clogs exchange request within 30 days of the order confirmation date.
Once we have received the exchange we’ll process it within 1-2 business days and thereafter the new pair will be shipped within 1-5 business days.
- You may ship your clogs back to us via the service of your choice.
- The returned clogs or clog boots must not have been worn in ANY outside environment and must be in new, re-sale condition.
- Do not wear or expose clogs or clog boots to any liquids unless you are certain that you are keeping them.
- Fill out the Sandgrens clogs exchange form, following all Exchange form instructions and include the properly filled out exchange form along with your clogs that are being exchanged.
- The items should be returned in their original packaging. Please avoid damaging the original packaging by returning the clogs and shoebox double-boxed. Sandgrens reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if clogs are improperly packaged upon return. Clogs that are denied will be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN??
As soon as your clogs arrive at our warehouse we will issue a refund within 1-2 days.
Note: Your bank or other payment issuer may need up to 5–7 business days for processing the refund and release of funds. We generally recommend waiting at least of week after shipping your clogs to our warehouse before verifying with your financial institution that your funds are available.
