Step 1: Use Bick 1 to give your leather a thorough cleaning. As with any leather cleaning products, always check for colorfastness in a hidden area before using. Apply a small amount of Bick 1 to a slightly damp textured cloth. Rub gently in a circular motion. Allow to dry. Repeat if necessary. 

Step 2: Use Bick 4 to rehydrate, soften, and polish your leather. After cleaning with Bick 1, apply Bick 4 liberally with a cloth, let dry, and buff. Repeat until achieving desired shine. Do not use on suede, rough-out, distressed, napped, or any pre treated leathers. 

Step 3: Use Gard-More to keep your leather protected from water and stains while minimizing rub off and scuffing. Hold the bottle away from the surface and spray evenly. Do not saturate. Allow to dry before use.

WHAT IF THEY DON'T FIT?

Our clogs are loose-fitting shoes and they are designed to slip on the heel when you walk. This is referred to as slippingwhich is the traditional fit of this style.

For some, the clogs will initially fit snug before the leather softens up.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, we accept free exchange shipping for all delivery addresses within the United States, in the event the size, style, or color does not meet your needs. Exchanges are accepted as long as they are in unworn and re-sellable condition. Sandgrens accepts exchanges up to 30 days after your order was delivered. Once received we will send an email update and process the exchange within 5 business days. Once the exchange is processed, Sandgrens will ship the new pair of clogs to you at no additional cost.

    Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, we accept exchanges in the event that the size, style or color does not meet our customers’ needs. Exchanges are accepted as long as they are in an unworn, re-sellable condition. Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the order confirmation date. Once received we will send you an email update. Please allow 5-10 business days to process the exchange. Once the exchange is processed, Sandgrens will ship the new pair of clogs to the customer at no additional cost. However, all shipping fees will apply for each exchange thereafter. 

    Shipping 
    Once the order is confirmed, your clogs will ship from either Sweden or our U.S.-based warehouse. Make sure to check your spam filter for your order confirmation emails. Orders will ship within one to five business days. We’ll provide you with tracking details via email once your order is shipped. Special shipping rate apply. Please see FAQ for more details. We ship world wide. Duties may apply to your specific country, which, customers are responsible for. Signature required for package deliveries.
